I walked in in the house, asked me if she could help me with something. I told her I was there for a pick up order she points and walks away. I go find my order and it doesn’t have a drink with it so I see a cup and I think maybe it’s supposed to be mine When she comes and asks me what I’m looking for. I tell her I ordered a drink with my order she looks at my receipt, flag somebody down and ask him to go get me a Pepsi. I interrupt and ask for a Dr Pepper, she said well the receipt says Pepsi. And I responded your app doesn’t allow me to choose what kind of fountain drink it just allows me to choose a fountain drink. Ultimately, it seemed like I was a nuisance. Food was fine. I couldn’t eat my salad because I didn’t get any utensils. I wouldn’t go here because of the service. The guy who went and got my drink was really nice. She went above and beyond and put a sticker over my drink so I wouldn’t lose my Straw Did I mention I tipped for it to go order?
