  Went to this place ordered food it came to 14.08 I give him 15.08 since when is Penny's not currency yes they stop maken them but to refuse them wow then food was cold probably leftovers from lunch won't waste money here again

  Was just told we would not be able to place an order inside because there is only 1 person working and the drive up lane was long. We didn't stay!

  I am sorry, I always try my best to speak with someone at a store before making a negative review. I ordered on the app. asking for crinkle FF's. I pulled up said my name and the person on the speaker was not in a good place. I asked for extra crispy FF;s. She hesitated and said, "i suppose". I pulled up to the window. A kind person said to me, "It is almost ready could you pull around to the front and I will bring it out". I smiled thanked her and pulled around. In a resonable amount of time, she came out handed me a bag with the nastiest FF's i have ever seen. Cold, soggy, tasted like old oil, had curly FF. mixed in. The way she was so sour about me asking for HOT EXTRA CRISPY FF's I was not about to go back around and ask again for what I already asked for. That was a waste of money.

  We have gone to this Arby’s twice in the past six months. Both times they didn’t fill our order completely and they were slower than molasses. It took them 15 minutes before we got our order and even then we only got half of it. Their lack of service is ridiculous especially when they weren’t even busy at the time we have gone. We live 30 minutes away. We shouldn’t have to supervise the employees to make sure they’re doing their job right. I’ve worked in the food industry for years. It’s astounding how little care and respect they have for their customers.
