  One star cause you have to… I ordered a qpc no pickle, I got it but with half of a top bun and enough onions for 6 qpc’s and the only thing they actually got right was my Dr Pepper no ice…. With spit

  Heard so much about the new Big Arch, so I decided to stop and try it . I had a tea with me so I just ordered the burger. With tax it was just over $10 bucks. Service was pleasant and fast. I headed home south on HE 281. Ok, this is a pretty big burger and it was loaded with cheese and a new sauce, seemed kind of mustard style based, definitely no ketchup, but pickles for sure. So, don’t try to eat the arch while driving! So much sauce the patties were sliding out of the bun! Yes, I was all over the road. And I am glad they sent a bunch of napkins! The burger was definitely meaty and the sauce was not over baring. Tasted good, but I still prefer a little ketchup. So it filled me up, but I am not sure I am ready for a $10 burger! If I would have had a meal with fries and a drink, I am guessing it would have been close to $15 bucks??

  Nothing fast about this food. Literally only ordered 2 Value Meals and sat waiting for 34 minutes from the time we paid. The food was cold and they forgot our dipping sauces. Everyone "working" there thought it was cute and funny that they had a line wrapped around the front of the store while they giggled to each other.

  It took an 1 hour 15 minutes to get served 2 fish fillet sandwiches, the first ½ was NOT THEIR fault. The last 45 minutes was their fault. . By the time I was at the window for my food it was ¾ of an hour. They were waiting for my fillet sandwiches. I pulled up into the waiting area. ½ passed and I was irritated. The manager stated they were getting ready for breakfast and forgot about my sandwichew. They should have comped them because they were COLD
