Never had anyone do that to me!!! Especially in front of my daughters whom I bought the drinks for shocked she did that to us!

It's products. I'm referring to the customer service that they offer. It's by far lower customer service I have ever received at a coffee shop Riley Kylie, whatever her name was I pulled up to the window because they're drive-through is hitting from customer so you pull up to the window and they tell you to go around to a drive-through that it's in the middle of a parking lot away from where actually the Windows app but anyways I was there already at the window. This lady could've taken my order and she didn't she make me drive through the drive-thru speaker and place my order. Which I did and my total was 601 I handed her a $10 bill and one penny and she dropped a penny and laughed and say I can't get it. Do you have another one? What kind of customer service is I will definitely never come back to this coffee shop again.
