  Usually the food is decent but the service is pretty ehh. So many times the employees are yelling and cussing while complaining about customers. I get it but maybe try to do it privately? Also why is the tiny potato salad never even close to being full? It's already a very small container, at least fill it up.

  Placed an order online and got a call that "we don't offer delivery today, we don't even have any drivers." What kind of bull is that? Maybe let people know beforehand that the sandwich delivery company only delivers on certain days.

  This is by far the best Jimmy Johns in Grand Forks and 1 of the best sandwich shops. The manager and staff are as good as it gets. They have always been great on making it freaky fast too, unlike the other two in town. I gave this place a chance after the other two could not keep the sandwich quality consistent and made you wait an hour for your food. I'm glad I did. Customize your sub and get the most bang for your buck. Make sure to tip your sandwich maker.

  Excellent sandwiches. The help is good. They could probably use another one or two people working there during the lunch hour. Really busy so there was a waiting time but it's worth it
