I have ordered online and the orders go through but the food never comes and it’s not available when I go to pick it up either.

She didn't appear to know what she was doing so she told a younger man to take care of it who was doing five things. Neither of them greeted us and after about 20 minutes of them two arguing about who's doing what we decided to walk out and go somewhere else because 20 minutes for somebody to ring us up is ridiculous
