  Unfortunately it's like a 50% chance my order is correct, despite the fact that I almost always order using the app. Really sucky when I just get off of work at night, pick up my dinner, and get home only to find missing and incorrect items. Doesn't matter if I'm the only customer there, chances are the food I got isn't what I ordered. I know it's just fast food or whatever. And I'm pretty understanding, I've worked fast food too. But, once or twice is one thing. When it's happening about half the time I order, that's when I have an issue. Probably gonna start going somewhere else after work.

  Giving 1 star is being generous. Got my order after waiting quite some time only for it to be cold and missing half my order. Especially annoyed at my “large nacho fries” i had ordered and received 6 cold fries in the bottom of the container. This taco bell is the biggest waste of time and money. Save yourself and go anywhere else.

  I got a number 8 meal, that is a CT chicken burrito, with a beef taco and chips and cheese. Go the burrito and chips and cheese. Not the beef taco. I also ordered extras, a Cheesy Gordita crunch taco and the fudge dessert empanada. Did not receive those as well. Tried to call and no one answered the phone. Needless to say I will be going there tomorrow to get a refund on the things I did not get because that's stealing money.

  Taco Bell is always a go-to for me when I’m craving something quick, cheap, and actually good. The food is fresh, flavorful, and they never miss with the Crunchwraps and tacos. The staff is usually fast and friendly, and my order is almost always right. The prices are solid, especially when you’re trying to eat good without spending a lot. Overall, it’s the perfect late-night or anytime spot and I’ll definitely keep coming back.

  My wife and I come here quite often and almost every single time we have a problem. The service lacks patience and quality and the management is no better. Tonight on the phone I spoke to The assistant general manager Ryan Mooney shares that working fast food is quite difficult and giving the customers the appropriate response is not in the options. He shares that his job is more difficult when providing appropriate and respectful services. He’s shown agressive behavior to female employees one being my wife to the point she walked out in the middle of her shift. Ryan shares that it’s difficult to be kind to employees and offer them a refund or even to remake their food. Instead he demanded I tell him how i expected him to perform in which I replied it isn’t that hard to work in fast food. Especially when you only get 100 customers a day. When you can handle a rush of 5000 in one hour then talk about how difficult fast food is. It’s not hard to listen to someone’s order relay the information as which it was given and execute the process in a RESPECTFUL MANNER. Instead he needed to agress my wife over the phone not allowing her to get a refund nor the ability to have the food remade instead my wife hung up the phone in disbelief of how rude the gentleman was.
