She started talking about politics with my fiancé right next to me, She then proceeded to say how she had a few transgenders in this subway yesterday, and berated them for their speech and looks, & simply ordering. Now why did she felt the need to tell this to a customer? Especially us? This is extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. Me and my fiance are straight, but we both agree she should be fired for how nasty she was acting that day. This place is EXTREMELY UNEXCLUSIVE. they don’t want certain people eating there, so in turn I will not be eating there any longer.

When I called back to inqure if I had gotten the wrong sandwich, I was rudely told that is what I had ordered and unless I was willing to backtrack 20 miles and return the sandwich, there was "nothing she could do."
