It took over 20 minutes to get our food, even though I could see our burger and hot dog sitting ready for at least 15 minutes while they waited for more fries to finish cooking. Instead of serving the burger and hot dog right away, they left them out in the open until the fries were ready, so by the time we got our food, both were barely warm. What’s frustrating is that you’re prompted to leave a tip when you pay—before any service is done—so you commit to tipping without knowing how the experience will turn out. Between the long wait, lukewarm food, and that tipping setup, it just wasn’t a great visit.
