  Stopped to grab an Oreo blizzard Friday March 6th at around 7:10pm and it had NO Oreos at all....so I asked for a remake and the girl working named Grace it was obvious she was in a bad mood but she wanted the original blizzard back so we handed the blizzard back and we waited and waited but nobody was making the new one even though there were no customers, making us wait forever on purpose so I then just asked for a refund and she told me no because some was eaten out of the original one which was NOT true at all as I had absolutely no time to eat anything, I received it like that, not all the way full which was upsetting in itself. I was actually hoping the remake would have been the size I paid for, I then told her well if she won't give me a refund just give me the original blizzard back and she wouldn't even do that. I proceed to tell her it's illegal to steal, even if refusing service, it is against the law to keep my money and the goods anyone can look that up on Google. She called the cops on me because I told her I wanted either my money back or the blizzard and the police showed up just to tell me to call corporate on Monday because she stole my money AND my order. She was VERY unprofessional and instantly got mad because I asked for a refund she knew what she was doing making us wait that long for a remake. She is a horrible person and a thief and from the looks of the reviews it seems she does this to people alot. I hope she doesn't get away with stealing my hard earned money. I just wanted what I paid for. Why is that so hard? So now I'm without my ice cream or a refund and very upset. Grace needs to be fired she doesn't belong in customer service. Oreo blizzards shouldn't be on the menu if they won't put the product in the ice cream and they definitely shouldn't be stealing from their customers and getting away with it.

  Great experience small town vibe. I with they had more food but what is there is worth it also.
