- RSRich ShortMay 4, 20242.0In the past we've ordered the fish sandwich over the phone as you cannot get it on the app. Today we tried to order it again but they refused the order. Saying the only way to get it was through the drive up or over the counter. Not as convenient and we are just getting over covid. We tried to explain but the young lady just slammed the drive up window. When we got home we realized they forgot the two orders of fries. Meaning another trip, buy the time we got the fries home the other food was cold. The reason given was if they did it for one they would have to do it for everyone. Wow fun fact: Customer Service.
