  I really love Wendy's. However the service is horrible they take an asinine amount of time to get food out to you at the drive-thru. This is called fast food not a sit-down joint. It's very disappointing to see that Wendy's has such poor service. They really need to get more staff or hire better people.

  The place was empty I stood by the till trying to get someone to take my order. I waited for several minutes and was about to leave then a family of 5 came in making more noise then a herd of elephants. Finally someone came to take orders. I ordered the Caesar salad and waited another 5 minutes for them to tell me they didn't have any Caesar dressing. Good luck here you'll need it.

  Was in yesterday.. around noon ..my receipt shows 12 40 pm ..I litterly waited 40 minutes there was 3 people working... after allllll that wait for 1 BURGER nothing else ..I received the WRONG burger!!! There's absolutely no reason anyone should have to wait the long then was denied a refund..VERY unprofessional to say the least !!

  Inside dinning. Purchased a JR bacon cheeseburger meal and asked the lady serving me 4x to make it a ketchup cheese and bacon only burger. She kept messing up the order on the screen several times. After I received my order it was wrong and when I presented it to the counter I got an attitude. Asked for the right order and after arguing my order was way off I finally got my food 8 minutes after I ordered it. Lady at the counter was covered in tattoos from face to arms and looked unprofessional and unsanitary. I’ve been going here for years until now
