  i went through the drive thru at 9:43 (order 478) after a long day at work, and the super sweet blonde haired girl with dark roots truly made my night. awesome service from her and she was friendly at the speaker compared to other people who’ve answered.

  I was the only customer in line at the drive through. I had called my husband to see what he wanted for dinner. Employee Lauryn W. Took my order and was rude to me because she would ring up my order before I made changes (chicken, steak, or upgrades = more moneys) any how she was trying to rush my order, and make smacking noises like I was an inconvenience. When I called to report to the manager of the store she answered said she was the manager and hung up the phone and left it off the Hook. Real mature. I used to work fastfood and I understand bad days but you take still should treat customers with respect. If you don't like your job there are plenty of homeless people around looking for work. So find a job that you like so someone else will love to have a job, and if your a so called manager do you really think that's a good example to show your team how to treat customers.

  I was very impressed with how fast the drive through was. I was impressed with the respect and happy attitude of the crew member Ari. That girl deserves a raise! Keep up the good work!
