  Had a mobile order when I got home the food was terrible. The street chalupa shells were hard as a rock and burn, the flatbread was stuck to the wrapper and tore apart, the tortillas on the soft shell taco is so stuff and cold. I called and the manager was not helpful or nice I asked if I can bring the food back and just want a refund and he said no he made them and said they're good and fresh. Mistakes happen I told him it's ok and I just want to return the food and he said no he won't take it back and hung up on me and didn't act like a manager at all and was so unprofessional!

  For some reason we don't know how to read tickets and constantly forget my potatos in my veggie bowl. I'm paying whole dollar for it and yet it never gets in the bag. This needs to be fixed.

  I don't know who's in charge of ordering things, but they have got to go. Never in the last 6 months have I been to this location and NOT had them out of at least one thing I was trying to order.
