  Updated from my earlier post , Unfortunately they must not have the time to read reviews. This place is, is guess is known for their poor customer service, unknown times they close on a day to day basis, depending on what you call workers. This place needs to shut down or find a much better franchise owner. I have been to so many subways, all so much better business ethics, this place needs to go. Put a fast food in there that will be a success not a waste of space. Sorry if I was brash, but we are real people dealing with these franchise businesses, that from what I have believed, I may be wrong, so please give me the correct info if I am. Im sure all franchises are to run off of the same business plan and business model. If this is true. They fail. You always want to keep giving a chance but im done with them for good. Please take my word or experience it your self. Hopefully you get the A team. Nothing personal to any of them. I was in the drive through at this location 15 minutes before it closed at 9pm. The employees would not answer, so I drove up to the window and tried to get their attention, but they totally blew me off. Remember there still supposed to be open for business. They already had cleaned packed and didn't care a bit that they had a customer. Never will I go there again. This happen tonight 1/1 .5/26. I hope the owner/manager reads these. Im still shocked they wouldn't even acknowledge me. Oh yeah, all the signs were still on that they were open for business. Horrible place

  We just went through the drive thru about 15 minutes ago and the lady taking our order was rude and you could 100% tell she hates her job and we ordered 2 sandwiches to be toasted. We got our sandwiches and one wasn’t toasted so we went back to get it toasted and when we went into the store we were not greeted and nothing was said to us the entire time we were in there. My fiancé had them toast my sandwich and they just gave him angry stares the whole time. Like why are we mad? Because you couldn’t do your job properly the first time? This was one of the worst experiences at a subway I’ve ever had.

  Usually I have a decent experience with this subway, but today was uncomfortable for both me and my friend. The glaring issue was the person working, Tyi'Neria, she was rude and unclear. She looked at me like I was stupid when I asked her a question, she also raised her voice at me and made the overall experience uncomfortable, and made me feel unwelcome. I would like to give a higher review, as I've had so many other staff there be somewhat cordial and professional, this however was the opposite. Overall my experience was unprofessional and I felt unwelcomed.

  Food was ok, employees were very rude and have been everytime I've came in so I will not be returning to this location anymore my order was placed around 1130am on 07/09/2019 I would suggest the owner of this establishment fix this issue if he dont just goes to show he or she does not care I for one will not be coming back unless this is taken care of
