I want to like this place. The food is pretty good. The beer is ice cold. But the volume of the music or televisions is absolutely ridiculous!! We went in on a Tuesday to eat/relax, and the hockey game was on. The volume was as high as it could go. My group and I couldn’t talk to each other. Not everyone wants to hear the hockey game at full volume. I think everyone would be happy if it were at medium, but not everyone happy of its as loud as it goes. It’s been like this before with the music. We’ve actually been reluctant to go here in the past due to the excessive loud volume in the past, and want to give it a second chance because we love the queso, and they totally failed us again tonight. Go here with caution.

Second time I've visited the PourHouse, gone with a group for dinner twice now. With 1 exception the food was very good. The 1 problem was overcooked waffle fries, and even those weren't burned, just extra, extra crispy

Everything great except took awhile to get the attention of anyone for a bucket of chicken to go. Even with that was out the door 1 minute before pickup time !!!

My family and I stopped in for dinner tonight, and they have a special on pizza, get a large for the price of a small, we get our bill and it’s $111.00. Our pizza was $17 and some change, I ask the waitress (who wasn’t very pleasant at all) isn’t that special going on? She tells me it’s only for one topping pizzas, I then told her we just got a half and half, so she goes to the manager to change it and reassures me I won’t get double charged. She come back with the bill and it’s $110.00, I didn’t account for the change, but basically the difference was like $1.25 taken off the bill!! I go to the manager and explain to her, she goes yeah that’s right, there is a personal, a small and a large, I don’t exactly recall all the prices but I know it wasn’t $1.25 difference! My son got mac and cheese, and we got two orders of cheese curds, which are now $13.50, for anyone that cares, we ordered two orders because the first ones exploded and all the cheese fell out, which we didn’t complain about just ordered another one. So $13.50 for burnt breading and air. I get prices change but the prices on Yelp and even the photos online are at the very least off by $1 if not $2 - $2.50. I used to bartend and it doesn’t take much to get a good tip out of me, I tipped $5 which I feel was way too much for how we were treated, normally my wife and I go in there by ourselves and we have the same waitress that is phenomenal and remembers our order…complete 180 tonight, waitress was terrible, manager was even worse, why even have a special when it’s $1 off, it’s not a drink special it’s a meal, please do better!
