- LGLondell GoetzeMar 8, 20261.0I ordered a pizza on the Pizza Hut app in December 2025. I came to pick my pizza up and the young lady at the window told me they must have accidentally given mine away. She said she would remake it. I sat in my car for 15-20 while the pizza was being made. I then picked up the pizza and drove home. Once home, I opened the box and it was not the pizza that I had ordered. I called back to the store to see if they would make me the correct pizza and deliver it. She said they could not as they did not have a driver. The weather outside was awful so I did not want to go back out. I sent a comment through the Pizza Hut app and they informed me that the manager would get back to me within a few days. Life gets busy and I realized several weeks later that no one had ever tried to contact me. No one has contacted me to this day. This is really disappointing as I have had very good service in the past prior to this experience. I would say service on that day was definitely 2 thumbs down.

We also had special instructions for our order, which was made…exactly as requested. I have two issues, which are more suggestions, directly related to the business and not the great staff… Delivery was not available and it was 9pm on a Saturday… Lastly, one marinara is not adequate for breadsticks…the cup should be bigger… overall, very happy and will suggest this location to friends! Thank you!
