  Very rude lady was handing out the food, and this has been happening for a while. This place used to be my favorite, but the attitude is making me not want to come anymore. I went back to fix my side, and the way she spoke to me was very disrespectful. She told me they couldn’t take the chips back, which I have no problem with, but it was her attitude that bothered me. I only ask for what I pay for, that’s all. The team in the back has also been an issue. Another time, they made my smoothie differently from what I asked for, and the same thing happened. I understand that mistakes happen, but it matters how they are handled.

  What happened to this place??The bench seats were torn and table edges are broken.The absolute worst part was the cold Mac n Cheese and the BAD lettuce on mine and my wife’s turkey Bravo sandwiches.We have gone there quite a few time in the past never being disappointed until now.They have really let it go.. Sorry for the bad post but I was really disappointed..

  Went on a Saturday afternoon and was honestly shocked by how terrible the place was. It was dirty, disgusting, and clearly not being maintained. Definitely not a good experience, and I would not go back again.

  Today I there and it was taking too long for a basic meal that I ordered it was almost 30 minutes before I went up there and complained and the manager really didn't care about it all he said was it was okay for me to complain it should not take more than 10 minutes to make a meal people do have to work on the weekends so they need to realize people don't have that long of time to get food and go back to work

  My spouse and I ordered online through the app but ended up eating in store. Given, it’s a saturday, it’s noon, they’re busy. i appreciate the hard work and energy that the staff had, even after there was another person here at the same time being a nuisance. the manager was apologetic to every single table that had to wait. the ~unfavorable~ person yelled and was verbally degrading, yet the staff continued to get the orders done and remained professional. yes, we had to wait. yes, other people had to wait. but also- taken into consideration that it’s saturday lunch rush, i have no complaints. shoutout to the manager who was keeping rapport with the customers while it was a wait. and to the staff who had to deal with someone being so mean and rude, i appreciate you and your hard work. you don’t deserve to be yelled at or degraded for simply being a busy restaurant.
