  Did not have a good experience picking up a mobile order. Nice,new building. Poor service.

  Horrible service, zero concept of what they were doing. There were 4 groups waiting, 2 of them had food ready "supposedly" to just pick up. Both picks up were ready but both were back within minutes. Complete wrong orders. There was a lady that waited, bless her, for 35mins if not longer for a 2 cheeseburger meal. Some left, some stayed as they paid already. I hear the lady who had been there the longest, served her food last, say, " please just save yourself the, keep the money, because I have zero time to wait anymore. I will never wait again" and walked out . The kids laughed when she left thank God. Hopefully they read this. I will always give another try. So I will update once I decide to.

  This location can be hit or miss. Can be really good, or just bleh. This is true for service and for the food. There are days the employees are great and days you feel as though that person should not be in customer service. I use to go here more often, but this past year have moved to healthier alternatives

  The restaurant consistently undersizes their meals. Order a large meal, always get a large fry but a medium drink. A medium drink belongs with a medium meal. A large drink belongs with a large meal, figure it out. The worst part is their system appears to be set up this way so the receipt shows it’s a large meal, but separately shows medium drink. So when you bring it up to the employees that you ordered a large meal, they point to the receipt saying “it says medium drink.”
