  Went here with my two kids for the playplace which is fine. Food delivered to the table. No napkins, ketchup or straws which I thought would be fine since that stuff (used to be) self-service. Not anymore. Now I had to wait at the counter, flag down an employee so I they could ask how many napkins and ketchup packets I needed. Meanwhile I'm trying to monitor my two kids through the window to the playplace. Does McDonalds really need to ration napkins? Bring back the self service

  Extremly disappointed in the way the manager handles a problem after an employee Overcharges me for an item and then I am told I cant even get the item because its exclusive and when I ask for a refund he denys me and tells me the only way to get the item is to order a brand new set of food. After an employee orders something and tells me I can pay for it, I expect to be given my item and not have to deal with stuff like this! Get that manger some more training because this feels like a manger problem less then a employee problem

  Carrie Crawford is the most kindest and helping worker I have ever met in my entire life!! She made me feel really welcome in my experience. She should be in charge. However, the Lakota manager was rude and she basically called me fat and it hurt my feelings. I will come back but only if Carrie is working.
