Unfortunately I do not have her name because this was the 2nd time I've encountered her horrible attitude and finally just walked out. I've been here multiple times and the last 2 were awful. The one gal looks miserable. No conversation, no hello, nothing but resting face, annoyed of your presence. And the first words of of her mouth with full blown annoyance, "What can I get you?" So great question, however, the absolute worst approach to customer service. The first time I encountered her, her coworker was full of energy, singing, and was wonderful and I thanked her for being cheerful and made a comment about the one gal bring grumpy. The 2nd time, today, I just walked out. The other guy looked pretty miserable too but at least he said hello. She's bringing that location down. Dark hair is all I got, she needs to drink those smoothies to get some pep, or just something!

I called when I arrived and asked about their curbside area as it is not clearly marked, and they told me where to park. Nobody brought my food out within ten minutes of being there so I had to walk in to the store (painfully) and both associates were chatting and not doing anything. Very disappointed in the service as I had called when I arrived and they did not help me.
