Don’t order food here. I ordered smoothies, a quesadilla, and a chicken salad here. The smoothies saved this review from being a 1-star. The quesadilla didn’t have enough cheese on it and I believe the chicken on the salad made me sick (food poisoning?) for a couple days. Maybe I’ll come back for a smoothie, but that’s it.

Every year I look forward to coming here for the free smoothie on my birthday. This year I came up to the register, showed them my ID to prove it’s my birthday, and was told I need to have their app for the free smoothie - no problem, stepped out of line and went to download the app. Got it all set up, enabled notifications, put in my birthday, etc. Then went to checkout to scan the code and was told I need to have the app for “longer time” ok then why did I just step out of line and do all this? I asked if there was anything that I could do and they said just pay full price for my smoothie. I left with no smoothie and it put a real damper on my birthday and hurt my feelings. I would personally never treat a customer that way. I have been going here for 10+ years and will never return over 1 birthday smoothie.

Edit: PICTURES ADDED. THE FOOD WAS TRASH. NOT A LICK OF CHEESE ON MY QUESADILLA. SMOOTHIE WAS GRITTY. SO NOW IM EVEN MORE UPSET. So, it is an ongoing issue that the staff is choosing not to bring out curbside based on these reviews. I purchased two days in a row, requesting curbside. First day (just as other reviews say) I ended up coming inside and my drink was just sitting there. The second day I walked in just to see if there was an attempt, or if it was a fluke, and she identified my car and still set it to the side. Didn't ask me if I wanted to order or verify if I was waiting for anything. A coworker asked about my car to her and she said "I think it's there" and yet no one came out. Eventually I came up and said this is mine and it was expected to be curbside. It was listed on their screen as curbside, and on the label of each food item as curbside. Plus the label was put on the top over the straw hole instead of the side like usual. Just making things uncomfortable. If the service is not offered, this should be removed or retrain the staff and have them take the 10 steps to bring the food to the car the right way.
