- NKnoelle kirby3 days ago1.0I ordered online 2/27 10:23pm and requested no sour cream on my potatoes. I open the box (still at the window) and check to see and there is sour cream on my potatoes. I didn’t open the potatoes or anything and simply ask the guy if he could redo these because I asked for no sour cream. He proceeded to tell me that they can not take items back after they are handed through the window, mind you I didn’t open it or anything. And then I just asked if he would remake it for me because that’s not what I paid for and he just said no. Very disappointed because they have remade it for me at this exact location before. Better customer service is needed.
