- JJJJOUTJan 15, 20261.0I was in the drive through at this location 15 minutes before it closed at 9pm. The employees would not answer, so I drove up to the window and tried to get their attention, but they totally blew me off. Remember there still supposed to be open for business. They already had cleaned packed and didn't care a bit that they had a customer. Never will I go there again. This happen tonight 1/15/26. I hope the owner/manager reads these. Im still shocked they wouldn't even acknowledge me. Oh yeah, all the signs were still on that they were open for business. Horrible place
- VVVanessa Van VleetJan 1, 20261.0We just went through the drive thru about 15 minutes ago and the lady taking our order was rude and you could 100% tell she hates her job and we ordered 2 sandwiches to be toasted. We got our sandwiches and one wasn’t toasted so we went back to get it toasted and when we went into the store we were not greeted and nothing was said to us the entire time we were in there. My fiancé had them toast my sandwich and they just gave him angry stares the whole time. Like why are we mad? Because you couldn’t do your job properly the first time? This was one of the worst experiences at a subway I’ve ever had.

The glaring issue was the person working, Tyi'Neria, she was rude and unclear. She looked at me like I was stupid when I asked her a question, she also raised her voice at me and made the overall experience uncomfortable, and made me feel unwelcome. I would like to give a higher review, as I've had so many other staff there be somewhat cordial and professional, this however was the opposite. Overall my experience was unprofessional and I felt unwelcomed.
