Yelled at me when I said I didn’t want the sandwhich anymore since they wouldn’t use my app coupon…even though they scan the subway app when you pay? Told me to never come back to their store if I don’t have enough money to pay for my food. It wasn’t that I didn’t have enough money it’s the principle of paying 12 dollars for a sandwhich when the app says I can get it for 6. They really need signage or something to communicate this better and probably some customer service training as well. YIKES 😬

When I called to complain, they did not want to fix the situation or even give me a store credit. Never again will I come to the subway and I will also spread the word so others will not come either. Ridiculous!
- MBMagenta BresciaOct 27, 20251.0I placed an order through the mobile app. No where on the app did it say the west acres location wouldnt accept my order. I paid for my order, recieved an email stating it was confirmed and that I was charged on my card. Then I recieved a second email stating it was canceled. I went to the store and found the two employees sitting on their phones. They laughed at me when I asked what happened to my order and said that because I used a reward on my account they canceled my order. I pointed out that they were in fact paid for my order and they agreed but still laughed and said oh well we canceled it. And told me they wouldnt make the order and I can try and order again at another location. Why would I pay a second time. What a joke and beyond rude.
