I was a big fan of my first Sonic experience. The double sonic smash burger with the heath bar sonic blaster was a great combo and just the right amount of food.

Maybe chalk it up to a bad night, but it was definitely not the night to go. I ordered 2 drinks, popcorn chicken, and mozzarella sticks. We sat in the drive through for 10 mins waiting on the food. The lady helping asked for the receipt back so she could remember what we ordered. So she gave the bag of food with receipt and drink. We went around the corner to check the food as we ordered medium drinks and she gave smalls and not one item in the bag was what we ordered. Mind you she took the receipt back to double check the food. So I had to go into the building and ask for everything to be changed to what we ordered. So fast food wasn't so fast and simply forgetting about our food, shows the care level (tonight) of staff working. Maybe just one bad experience doesn't deserve this post, but maybe they will read and this will help out. I will try again to give them another shot.
