- JJJJOUTDec 18, 20251.0Maybe chalk it up to a bad night, but it was definitely not the night to go. I ordered 2 drinks, popcorn chicken, and mozzarella sticks. We sat in the drive through for 10 mins waiting on the food. The lady helping asked for the receipt back so she could remember what we ordered. So she gave the bag of food with receipt and drink. We went around the corner to check the food as we ordered medium drinks and she gave smalls and not one item in the bag was what we ordered. Mind you she took the receipt back to double check the food. So I had to go into the building and ask for everything to be changed to what we ordered. So fast food wasn't so fast and simply forgetting about our food, shows the care level (tonight) of staff working. Maybe just one bad experience doesn't deserve this post, but maybe they will read and this will help out. I will try again to give them another shot.

I ordered 1 combo meal in dinning when there's no customers in drive thru and dining and they still manage to screw up my order 2 times. Too many employees on there phones not washing their hands. I grabbed a refund never I would go to that location again

The next morning I stopped In to talk to a manager and Christy the GM was there. I spoke to her and she rectified the problem immediately. The food is always hot and fresh. The service mistake was corrected. I would highly recommend them and their team for their efforts.
