  Enjoy the pizza. Called for a pickup. Made the wrong pizza. Called again to return. Made the wrong pizza TWICE. No refund but I did receive a complimentary 2 liter of Mountain Dew for my troubles.

  I ordered my pizza 2 and a half hours ago. It was supposed to take 45 minutes to an hour. It’s now been 2 and a half hours and nobody will answer the phone. This is garbage service

  Upon arrival at the store, we noticed how filthy it was as well as how loud the music was blaring with obscene profanity and nastiness. Thank goodness we didn’t have any children with us. On top of the atmosphere and barely being able to communicate with the employees, because of the volume of the music, the manager was incredibly unprofessional, dismissive and unwilling to help us. This is the worst Papa John’s we’ve ever experienced. We walked out without ordering anything. Think twice before giving them your money.

  Order was marked delivered on the app, but received it twenty minutes after that. I wouldn't care if my pizza took longer than the estimated time and received it hot. I dont appreciate a doordasher marking my order complete so they can squeeze in another order while mine gets cold. Won't be ordering again unless they get back their own drivers. I have zero respect for a business that puts their product into a 3rd party hands to deliver. Clearly care more about profits (outsourcing delivery to delivery app) than customer satisfaction (employing their own drivers to ensure freshness)

  Latest order… Pizza Hut vs Papa John’s. Carry out Large cheese pizza $9.99. Service PJ’s - Service was great. Young man running the till took my name, looked through the orders, told me it would be a few minutes yet, when it was done he immediately grabbed it and called my name. Service and prep goes to PJ’s. PH - Service was ok. First guy grabbed my name, told me it would be a few minutes, then went out on a delivery. Second guy brought the pizza up and placed it in the to go warmer then went back to boxing pizzas, third guy helped the next person in line got her order then went back to making pizzas, fourth guy brought up an order, put it in the warmer, asked if I had been helped, got my order. 5 or 6 people all doing different things randomly checking on the front counter not knowing what the others had done. Kind of a cluster. Pizza PH - Crust was crispier with a little chew to it, the cheese was gooey and cheesy, the sauce was rich and not too sweet. Side note, we also ordered a large pan pizza because it had been forever since I had one and wanted to see if they were as I remembered. It was better than the cheese pizzas. Had a very buttery and crispy crust, not a fan of the diced ham and the Italian sausage they use. Not as good as I remember, definitely not the same that we had as kids. PJ - crust was thinner and dry, less cheese so not gooey cheesy, and the sauce is so sweet and not good. As far as the pizza, IMO the Pizza Hut pizza was better than the Papa John pizza. Pizza - Pizza Hut Service - Papa John’s Atmosphere - tie Price - tie Previous order… Med cheese Med sausage and Canadian bacon Garlic Parmesan bread sticks Breadsticks were very good (4star). Big soft breadsticks with a lot of garlic parm butter! Garlic parm butter was the best part of the meal. Cheese pizza was good (3star). Suas/CB was OK (2stars). Delivery service was great (5star) Pizzas: IMO… bland, flat, dry crust. Red sauce has a sweetness that I do not like. The Canadian bacon is strips of sliced ham and am not a fan of. The cheese pizza was a cheese pizza. Overall, OK cheap late night pizza, but not my first choice.
