  Not sure what the employees name is but I know she has done this many times. And yet nothing is done about her. U can say orange julius in west acres in Fargo is a dump for customer service. 0 on everything from the service to the food to the atmosphere.

  We went to get a drink 10 minutes before before closing. The girl looked up at us and said, “She’s our last customer.” And went back to work. We didn’t feel welcome at all and it wasn’t a great experience.

  Beyond rude employee tonight...tries calling 4 tines with no answer...showed up at 745 when they close at 8 and were told the 1 customer in front of us was the last order... they hadn't even ordered yet and walked up 2 seconds before us... we said seriously which we were then told "if it's that big of a deal I can take your order"...then continued telling us we are making a big deal of it...in front of the other customers! Very upset and she should certainly not have a job in retail/customer service...nobody should be able to act like that to a paying customer especially when your still supposed to be open for 15 minutes!
