    The McDonalds on S University is awful. We ordered two egg ham and cheese bagels, sandwiches only. Paid got to the window and there was only one sandwich, they told us to park off the side and wait for the food to be brought out.. well we ended up with 2 ham and cheese bagels without the eggs., we were heading to a hockey game and didn’t hv time to fight this so I called to complain and was hung up not once but twice by two different employees.. we hv yet to get a correct order everytime we go there!!! Maybe not hv 12 year olds working there.. looks to me like there’s alot of goofing off in the cooking area.. THIS PLACE SUCKS

    I received the most perfect Big Mac from any McDonalds ever. Usually when I order, the cheese is half on the burger, the box is full of lettuce and the whole thing looks like someone smashed it. Not with this one though. This had really made my day. I hope more people start taking pride in their work like this employee did ❤️💛

    The wait in the drive thru was over 30 minutes. When we got to the second window to get our food the young man seemed like he was confused and didn't know what he was doing. He didn't give us our drinks until I asked for them. He was also very rude when I mentioned that all the fries were cold .
