  This location can be hit or miss with service. Someone was at the first drive thru lane so I went to the other one. I was asked if I would be using the mobile app. I told them no. By the time I said that the person from the other drive thru lane pulled up to pay and a new person was sitting there waiting to order. I waited and waited and finally someone came back to the speaker AFTER taking the second car in the first drive thru lanes order even though I had been waiting there longer and was ready to order as I answered their question. I was only ordering a coffee and then had to wait longer as the second car ordered a bunch of food they had to wait for.

  If youre going to have the monopoly promotion, then actually put the promotion pieces on the food containers. Talk about a fast food place when the server take 10 minutes to take your order and another 20 minutes to give it to you.

  Every time I order from this story either by dine in, take out or delivery my order is always missing at least 3 things or they gave me something completely different from what I have ordered. I am not giving them anymore of my money.

  I don't expect a lot from McDonalds, but today was literally the worst experience I've ever had. Decided a quick pickup (curbside) for dinner would be good. The order wasn't large by any means, nuggets, 2 sandwiches, fries, kids meal.. Waiting waiting, been about 15 minutes, nobody running anything out... 20 minutes and he goes in, comes out empty handed and says he was told they're just waiting on a couple things. Few minutes turns into 10 more before I go in. I was told that "she just brought that order out". Ok, sure.. go out and check - no kids meal. Back in i go, see a random happy meal just sitting there. Just so happens its the one im waiting for. She hands it to me, no drink. I inform her this was ordered with a bottle of water so she goes back to find one. Finally have the whole order, 36-40 minutes AFTER ordering on the app. Ordering on the app is our preferred way, and never have we had such a problem doing so. It wasn't entirely busy as it was still before dinner rush. Won't be popping into this one again. The last experience at this very location sucked too but definitely not like this. My bad for giving it another chance.

  I have to say the employee energy has really made a big turn around for the better! I was getting my food 10/13 @ 8:30pm and regardless of the high volume of customers during this time and having to pull forward the employees appeared to be in great spirits.. This review is mainly for Favor (i hope i got that right) due to her great attitude and amazing smile, even when she walked out with her arms FULL of multiple orders and nearly dropped them ALL, she caught the bags and instantly laughed a little (out of embarrassment im sure) and she never not had that smile!!! People luke this should get recognized more often, because it truly is the little things in life that can change so much and make the biggest impact.....no matter where you work, who you are, gender, or race, we need to do better and pass smiles not hate! It may seem so simple and even stupid to some but this interaction truly made my day!
