I called about missing mcchicken on 11/26 went in with receipt she refused to give me missing item or help. She was very rude and angry the entire time she stood with her hands in her pockets staring. Thankfully another manager very nice assisted me.

You can also tell by the color it is very dark but yet they charged me for extra! This location can be hit or miss with service. Someone was at the first drive thru lane so I went to the other one. I was asked if I would be using the mobile app. I told them no. By the time I said that the person from the other drive thru lane pulled up to pay and a new person was sitting there waiting to order. I waited and waited and finally someone came back to the speaker AFTER taking the second car in the first drive thru lanes order even though I had been waiting there longer and was ready to order as I answered their question. I was only ordering a coffee and then had to wait longer as the second car ordered a bunch of food they had to wait for.
