  Came to the 12th ave n location only one hour after they opened, the bread tastes like its old stale bread from yesterday. Hard to bite into, and hard to chew. Will not be coming to this location ever again. $15 for a sandwich with some bread made yesterday is crazy when they literally have signs saying 'yesterday's bread .50 cents'.

  Cashier asked me; “do you want cheese”. I said no and got a sandwich with cheese. He also asked if I wanted a combo when I started the order asking for a combo.

  Ordered at 6:05, called at 6:45 to see what the status was and was told it would be another 30 mins before delivery.

  Ordered delivery at 9 am to get my food for my scheduled lunch break 12 -1230 set it up for 12 - 1215 it’s now 1225 and still have nothing. Calling to get a refund. Don’t order from here if you’re on a schedule.

  If I could’ve put zero stars, I would have. My $28 sandwich was black on edges, I had to cut most of bread of and it was terrible. They basically told me there was nothing hung they could do because the “manager” that made the sub toasted it for correct amount of time. I never would have sent a sandwich out like that and this was a manager! There was barely anything on it, like one piece of turkey. I ordered peppers and there was maybe 2 on there. I used to order Jimmy John’s a few times a week, I will NEVER eat there again. I wish I could post a picture.
