  The last 3 visits I have made I ordered just a sandwich with extra tomatoes and mayo. All 3 times the mayo was light while there were minimal or no tomatoes at all. The person taking the order was polite enough however the person putting the sandwich together didn't bother to read the order beyond the sandwich name. The sandwiches are fine but if you want a single thing added or removed you would do well to check before leaving

  This applies to all stores, not just this one. Their 8' sub is actually a 6-7 at best. 1/4 of the sandwich is just bread, even though it is tiny. They use to be great and now their sandwiches are laughable for $15. Chicken was mush, bread was tiny, price was out of reason. Never again.

  We just went to this location, didn’t even finish ordering our whole order, she tells us our total in a rude manner. Told her sorry we’re not done ordering yet, she says nothing for a minute- we say hello? She said “pull forward” in a snappy manner. We finish ordering and pull up to the window. Mind u in our order we added two coca colas. We get rung up and we notice we haven’t received them, we ask about it in a kind manner, and she’s like “well no matter if it’s a combo or not they’re rung up separately so do u want them or not” in such a disrespectful tone. I’ve never been one to make a review but I’m seriously concerned of her customer service skills we were kind in the whole interaction regardless if she was rude. I’m genuinely upset with the customer service i received and you’d expect better. I’d rather make the longer drive for a different jimmy John’s in the future.

  This place does not deliver if you live "far" away. I am 1 mile away from a Jimmy John's and they will not deliver. Stupidest thing ever!!!!!!
