I thought the quality of the rub was really good and the overall food quality was great. You have to wait a little bit for your order because it’s cooked to order but I think it’s worth that. The medium was slightly too hot for me, but flavor wise it was fantastic. Would highly recommend..

Ordered a pound of chicken multiple times for game nights and sometimes it’s clearly less, like their 8 oz. Found hair in the breading on my last visit, stopped going after that. The milkshakes aren’t good either. I saw an employee remove whipped cream out of a shake for a customer with (gloved) hands, but still unpleasant to watch. Kid just said he didn’t want whipped cream.

I had to remind the employees (who were nice and accommodating) that we ordered two shakes, unfortunately. Had I not, we wouldn’t have gotten our shakes at all. I wish to give this place another chance, but first impressions are everything. :(
