They will give you the wrong order or incomplete order and they will say that it is your responsibility to check your receipt to make sure that what they gave you is correct. No sympathy or accountability whatsoever. The manager is horrible at problem solving and will not address the issue at hand. I had the manager yelling at me over the phone . Tonight, when I called to report my incomplete order, the team member told me they were “too busy to address my concern”. Then while I was asking for alternative solutions, he hanged up on me. He would not give me his name. They are horrible and I pity the owner of that business. I don’t think this is the reputation he or she wants for their business. The employees and the manager are a huge joke. Stay away if you can avoid them
