  I ordered a cake 4 days in advance by walking in to the store and placing an order via the cashier. I called the day before it was supposed to be ready as I hadn't gotten a call to pick it up and was told they hadn't started on it. I never received a call to pick it up the next day either. Thankfully there's plenty of other DQs to pick one up at, but seriously disappointed.

  I realize that this is a franchise, but whoever is in charge at corporate needs to send out people to train the employees at this branch for consistency when making food. As an example, I have had shakes that have a heavy mix of strawberry with chunks so big I was having to scoop out the chunks more than I was actually able to drink the shake, and I have had shakes that only hint at the suggestion strawberries might be used to flavor them. I shouldn't be charged the same price for such a wide range of quality. For another example, I have had fries so hot they were actually burnt, and fries that had already begun to cool to the point they were limp. This constant roulette game is unacceptable.

  Went in at 9:35, and, I get that it's late, and closing is happening. But website hours, and store hours say "open until 10." However, I walk in to a harsh expression, as I'm quickly ushered out and they lock the door behind me. I've worked in food service, I understand that it's late and almost closing, nobody wants to have to reclean, but I just would've expected to be treated like a human.
