The inside smelled like sewer water. The service was terrible. I was overcharged for 2 kids meals and I kept telling the customer service person and he kept saying it’s the right order. Sure enough, after I looked at the receipt I was right. They had to void and re-recharge me for the correct amount. They didn’t get our order correct after all that. When I went back in to have them remake the cheeseburger, I didn’t see him at the grill. I heard the microwave and then he takes something out of it and hands me a burger on a bag. I ended up throwing it away. Never going back there!

Went through the drive through on 9/24 around 2:10 pm. The lady taking the order was very rude, she was mad when I asked to add in Oreo pieces to my blizzard, saying she had to restart and sighing loudly. I get the food, the ice cream sundae was tiny, way smaller than usual and the two ranch sides I got were spoiled/congealed.

The children that they have running this place are unprofessional and rude pull up to the speaker not too hi, Can I take your order but what do you want and then when asked for a manager after half my order was missing she (child) proceeded to act worse then the employee this is a long time issue with this location that the owner allows their employees to treat people in this community like dirt when we spend very good money at this location
