I am absolutely lost in the fact that this Dairy Queen, even after reopening under new management still cannot find a single employee with basic customer service skills. Every single employee I come in contact with at this location is beyond rude and acts like the customer is inconveniencing them by shopping there.

Hours were wrong. And the workers are extremely, they seriously did not say one word when we were at the window. Not one. And the ice cream was melted.

Im over there standing at the register with no one to be found taking orders. Other workers are just sneaking glances or just full on staring and im pretty sure they can take orders too. 5 minutes is too long without service.

If I could give less stars I would. The workers completely ignored me then after they finally acknowledged my existence, they tried to skip over my order to take care of their friends first.
