People that placed orders later than I did received their orders. I couldn’t wait anymore. They told me to call the 1800 number to cancel. Lucky, the customer service on the phone was incredibly kind and swift. I was able to speak to an actual person at 7:30pm on a Saturday night! This location needs some help.

Also, a few weeks ago, we were dining in and I think it was the manager that came in yelling and swearing at employees and customers. Something about the chicken. He came in with a back pack and slammed it down on the table next to us: me and my neice were very concerned and uncomfortable and about to leave our table in fear of a brawl out. Never again will I eat here or dine. Where did customer service go???

The food was great, no issues there at all and the employees were quick, although the cashier didn't ask if we wanted anything to drink. There was at least 6 employees, one on a meal break, and others kept wandering over to chat with the employee and their significant other instead of cleaning.

When we went to pick up the order the cashier had no idea what the order was. I gave him the confirmation number and he still didn’t know. Finally I asked to speak to the manager and she was extremely rude and unapologetic. She stated they had an “emergency” and they would work on it now. When we finally got the food they were missing half the things the order was supposed to come with. Extremely upset and honestly lucky I got all my guests fed. This location is awful.
