  This place has got to be the most disorganized Chipotle I've ever been to. I waited in line for 30 minutes behind a line of people waiting on a guy to get checked out. While the whole time the manager was walking around looking at her iPad checking things off. He had to ask the take out order maker to be checked out. The meal prep line was very unclean and out of everything and kept having to call to get more stuff, but never got it.

  Absolutely terrible experience and I’ll never order from here again. I made a cater order to this chipotle on 1/2/26 and spent over $250 on this order. When we went to pick up the order the cashier had no idea what the order was. I gave him the confirmation number and he still didn’t know. Finally I asked to speak to the manager and she was extremely rude and unapologetic. She stated they had an “emergency” and they would work on it now. When we finally got the food they were missing half the things the order was supposed to come with. Extremely upset and honestly lucky I got all my guests fed. This location is awful.

  For a business that was built on customization, I was disappointed by the service. While I understand that everyone has things they don't like to do at their job the young girls engaged in side conversations right in front of me over my request. It was slow, there wasnt a line or a rush and I was quick with my request. As a parent of picky eaters who are sensitive to food textures, I believe a bit more consideration and manners are needed. I apologized for my request but to be honest they should've apologized for how they handle the customers who are paying them. Customers are the reason businesses thrive, and I hope they get the training need for a more attentive experience in the future.

  Literally the worst dining experience I’ve had for years! So gross! We went there at 3:30pm on a Friday afternoon. There were only 3 other customers, but the entire place was absolutely filthy! Not one single clean table despite being almost empty! Every garbage was overflowing! They were out of both red salsa and steak… Their carnitas were dry and lacked flavor. They smeared guacamole on the outside of the burrito. 🤦🏽‍♂️ Their drink station was also a mess and out of lids. The chips were also stale and the other salsa lacked flavor (salt at least). The chicken was actually juicy and tasted good, but not good enough to redeem all the negative aspects! Hard pass on stopping there ever again!

  I’m a lifelong fan of chipotle… they are one of the few food brand that haven’t cut corners with their food quality. However this is a honest review of this location… The food and location here is the only thing that keeps this place open. The service is the worst of any location in town, the staff is consistently rude, have bad attitudes no matter if you’re ordering online or in person. Every time I’ve placed an online order to avoid the exceptionally rude staff the order takes 15-20 minutes longer than the app projects. Unfortunately this store produces a consistently bad experience. I come back because it’s in a convenient location but if there was another options closer to me, I would take it every time.
