- HKHannah KylloNov 22, 20253.0Generally, the coffee is good and my order is always accurate. However, there is always a significant delay (several minutes) between arriving at the order station, actually being able to put in my order (blank stares, then "oh yeah! a person! I bet she wants coffee"), then waiting for the coffee. I realize it's a student union, and always busy and I appreciate the service, but I'm sure a supervisor would be able to improve elements to make this a really standout Caribou like I have experienced at other locations.
- HSharley Spano-ShivelyJan 24, 20252.0After they closed the union dining center they made it so you can use a block plan here, this is money I work hard for being used here and they never have anything in stock, ndsu thinks this makes up for no union dining center. I went to get a bagel and they told me they shut the ovens off after I payed for it with my block plan, I’ve worked in kitchens and I get you wanna get things done early but it was very unprofessional.
