  I hate to complain, I really do. But I feel like if I can’t drink my drink I should be able to ask for a remake or something. I went in today to get the strawberries and cream, which I have gotten before. To be upfront every time I get it it is different. I understand that it should be “creamy” obviously, but it should have a slight pink tone to it because it’s strawberry too. But I got the drink today and it was pretty gross and white and I tried to drink it and was walking out when I knew if I left I wouldn’t drink it because it tasted like nothing but cream. I went to the front to whom I’m assuming was the shift lead and she just kinda stared at me and said nothing when I said that it was bad, didn’t offer literally anything. I asked if I could just get some of the strawberry syrup to mix in myself which she did and when she came back said that I should add extra on the app. Which is frustrating because I feel as though I shouldn’t have to pay extra for something that should just already be like that. I will attach a photo below of a time I got the drink and it was literally pure white (not this time because I added the strawberry in store). But I ended up throwing it away. I will also attach the website photo of the drink. I guess I probably should learn that I shouldn’t order that drink, but it’s one of my favorites when it’s made correctly.

  Ordered two caramel highrises, one hot, one iced and both with an extra shot. It's the only drink I order for myself and I swear the hot one just tastes like milk and espresso with no caramel.

  I ordered a peach mango energy with no lemonade as my base I have gone so many times and I have never had such a bad experience. I ordered a drink and she would say okay pull up to window and I would have another drink to order and she would say pull up but I was not done ordering I did not like that first of all. Then the drink I was just a plan tea is what they gave me not at all like a peach mango energy it was the worst thing I have ever had and will not be returning!.

  So they don't have a white chocolate mocha ON the menu. I should have known when they said yes we can make that.... As they proceeded to customize with white chocolate chips.... That they melted and not even completely. I asked for a triple shot mocha with raspberry and they charged me a base price for the mocha plus they charge me for all three shots as if the coffee price doesn't include any so and medium-sized white mocha with raspberry triple shot was nearly $13! I go to taste it and all I taste is raspberry. No coffee taste and chunks of white chocolate... Not ordering here again...
