Ordering was timely and went well. We waited about 50 minutes for our food. We got limited drink refills. When the food arrived, it was cold. All of it. One can make their own interpretation of what caused that. My child got the wrong side dish. No problem, I will bring out the correct side. They brought out a whole other plate with the correct meal. They then asked for my child's plate back! They then brought the plate back. Now I am left wondering if my plate ended up on someone else's table. My food was bland, which was the appetizers. The fried pickles tasted like nothing, no flavor. I will not be returning until these issues are addressed.

It started with us having to wait over an hour for our food which they said the kitchen was backed up so that was understandable but then people all around us were getting their food and they sat down down after us. To make matters worse the manager Annie was very rude she did not make it right. She walked away when trying to talk to her and didn’t seem to care about the customers at all. Her customer skills were off point and she should have to take some sort of customer skills training because she was terrible, the worst manager I have ever met.
