- ZKZijad Karabegovic5 days ago1.0If I could put zero stars I would. Waited in line for 20 minutes. Got steak tacos. I normally get chicken but they were almost out of everything. The steak was disgusting. Literally made me gag. Ordered chips and queso the chips were soggy and soft the most disgusting chips I’ve ever tried in my life. Threw it all in the garbage after a few bites. The staff don’t care about anything. They work slow and look confused or high one of the two. The place was disgusting. Every table dirty. Garbage overflowing to where it’s on the floor. Don’t waste your time going to this chipotle. Zero out of five stars!!

There wasn't anything on the shelves and the worker asked what I was there for. I told him and he replied "that won't be ready for a long time, I am working on a catering order." Don't allow online orders to be placed if you are that busy. This was at 11:40 on a Thursday. I have a limited lunch break and this was inconvenient. I then asked for a refund and he told me I needed to call an 800 number to get a refund because he couldn't do that in the store.

A full drink was spilled on the floor and no attempt to clean it up, filthy tables, dishes piled high in the back and cooking counters a mess. Second time, there was pieces of black plastic throughout my bowl and my daughter was asked to wait for steak to be cooked. When she received it, it was so burnt, it was disgusting and not edible.
