However, there is always a significant delay (several minutes) between arriving at the order station, actually being able to put in my order (blank stares, then "oh yeah! a person! I bet she wants coffee"), then waiting for the coffee. I realize it's a student union, and always busy and I appreciate the service, but I'm sure a supervisor would be able to improve elements to make this a really standout Caribou like I have experienced at other locations.
