  Ordered a Double Deluxe. Cashier claimed they don't have the Double Deluxe. We asked for the Deluxe, they rang it up, then we requested an extra beef patty for that Deluxe, and the Cashier refused to sell it to us. Cashier refused to provide my receipt, but I would be happy do discuss this at length with a manager or corporate. - Card can be used for purchase tracking.

  This Arby's is awful. Their food quality is very poor, it's dirty, and I've gotten sick twice now. Don't bother getting their 2/$7 fish special, they were so overcooked they were like a hockey puck and there was almost no fish even in them. You couldn't chew them at all, they went in the garbage. The manager (???) Kendall was super rude as well

  I tried ordering online for delivery four times today and for some reason they never had the food ready and it got canceled!!!!

  Service was what I expect at a fast food restaurant. The mozzarella sticks are awful! Everything else I had was typical Arby's food.
