  I haven't been to a taco bell for a while, but since when do customers have to use a computer that doesn't even have Chalupa as an option unless it's some new strange experimental menu option. The manager was in the middle of an interview. We walk in to find there is no counter to place an order. I turned around to see computers saying order here. I tried. Their options are not all in the "kiosk" option. We almost walked out, but the manager broke from his (desperately needed interview), and took our order, admitting that the "kiosk" does not have Chalupa as an option. We were grateful to the manager, but as we dove into our order, it was clear that the people preparing the food were pulling a prank, not trained well, or just plain stupid. ALL of the sour cream was smooshed into one end of everything we ordered, and we ordered a lot. There was almost no meat, LOADED with beans, and not much cheese. I understand the cost of food has gone up, but this was negligence of a branded presentation. Corporate would likely not be pleased. Neither am I. As the manager did well with the "public", and maybe the interview, he has not done well in training the crew.
