It was weird to see tortilla used that way. I think next time I'll just get the bowl, because it all ended up in one anyways. I hate complaining and I know that's what I'm doing right now. I worked for Hardee's, Subway, gas stations, liquor stores,and grocery stores. I know how unrewarding the work can feel at the end of the day and I'm not trying to burn the employees, but maybe the manage. Did no one train the kid or was there a serious morale issue and my burrito paid the price?
- DEDouble EEMar 24, 20263.0Everything aside from the service is lacking. When you walk in it feels like an institutional place and get food that you would expect at a cafeteria. Why the burritos are cold/room temp boggles me, nobody wants a burrito like that. The burritos have flavor and would be wonderful if warm. I realize that you get to pick out your ingredients and could choose ingredients that will decrease the temperature of your food but when I picked all but one ingredient from the warm side I still had a cold burrito. On a different visit I purchased a quesadilla and was disappointed for other reasons, it was poorly toasted and was a watery mess. The Staff at Qdoba are wonderful people and are a pleasure to deal with but the food and prep methods need work.
