  I order from this Jimmy John’s quite a lot. Prices are expensive, but I used to think the quality was worth it. Not anymore. 2 times they have forgotten to put the meat on my sandwich! Who does that? A company that does not have any regard for their customers. So we have to drive back up and use our gas to have them remake a sandwich which the bread was so hard I could not bite it. Then offer us a free cookie which we don’t eat. So bad customer service! Take your dollars some where else.

  Very rude and unfriendly staff at night, and why do they expect a tip before you even get your sandwich?? Does not make sense to tip at a fast food joint. Not worth the money for what you get. Go to Qdoba instead

  After another Jimmy John's experience in a different town, this one was great! The bread was perfect, toppings fresh, and the sandwich actually looked like it should. The dude working was great. Also, the men's room tiles are hilarious.

  Ordered door dash my dasher was waiting 40 minutes for my sandwich I understand when it’s busy but when my food arrived was missing stuff and I only had meat on half of my sandwich tried calling the store and the person was super unprofessional argued with me and told me to get an application to help and was super rude and hung up
