  Food was made wrong 3 times, wasted a whole hour and a half of my time. The food that they made correct was horrible , stale fries. The servers were pretty nice other than obviously when they got frustrated which was not there fault that there manager cannot operate the place correctly. Super long wait time for super shitty food that was made wrong or wasn’t fresh. They tried to bring up the issue to there manager that decided to put all the weight on these young ladies. The last time I’m going there and if your thinking of stopping by DO NOT EAT HERE you can get a better meal ANYWHERE else than here.

  god awful service waited 30mins pass when the pick up was due just for the food to be sitting in fount of me the whole time and to top it all off it was wrong and no one can pick up a phone when i call

  Worst dining experience I’ve had. We were either blatantly ignored or treated with clear disregard—I honestly couldn’t tell which. Our drinks were incorrect, and only half of our food came out. We then waited another 20 minutes because the server failed to place the full order. After that, we stood waiting another 20 minutes just to get our ticket. The restaurant was fully staffed, yet employees looked directly at us and never once offered help or checked in. Completely unacceptable service.

  This was the last time I eat at a BWW. I’ve eaten better food at a gas station. Service was nice but she was bad at her job. Got over charged on drinks. We paid way more than this was worth. The table next to us got up and left after waiting for service. Food was old and cold. The franchise as a whole isn’t very good but this place was the worst one I’ve been to.

  Easily the worst dinning experience in Dickinson. Give yourself a minimum of 2 hours if you’re sitting down to eat. Dine in orders regularly take over an hour from ordering to getting the food. It is also incredibly cold in the restaurant. We have given it several try’s and will not be coming back.
