  The male employee taking orders inside is not a very pleasant person. He may be hard of hearing or the ear phones are affecting his hearing, he grabbed his ear phones off with a frustrated , annoyed look and told the older lady before me he couldn't hear her in a not so pleasant tone. I ordered my sandwich, the other person ordered after me,told him orders were on one, he again grabbed his ear phones off and was annoyed because he couldn't hear the person with me. When order was ready, my order was never input. I decided not to even eat because of the attitude the employee had. I've been coming to Wendy's and worked on their HVAC-R systems for many years when Kurt was in charge before he left and bought Scotty's driveway. I can say , Wendy's in Bismarck has taken a gradual turn for the worst since Kurt left, shows one person can make a difference

  The crew at this location was extra nice and friendly and got my order exactly as requested. I really appreciate when people put an extra spin on service and make things a little more authentic by having conversations outside of the bun.

  Spent almost $80 for a family of 3 and was missing 2 frostys an entire combo. The chicken sandwiches we got one was still frozen in the middle and the other had the consistency of rubberbands. An additional drink was missing. All the fries were missing. Tried calling the store, customer service and even driving all the way back to be ignored, hung up on, or told to go back home and bring the food back even when I brought photos and live video call of food and the online order receipt. Absolutely unreal. Will never be eating at a Wendy's ever again

  Worst service ever from a sassy rude disrespectful man or woman will never come back to this location ever again. And the rest of the employees stood there and did nothing to help

  They forgot one of my burgers. Gave me a medium fry, forgot the tomatoes on BOTH my chicken sandwiches. Not worth the $36.
