- JWJessica WagnerJun 1, 20252.0As soon as I walked in, it felt closed…there was no worker to be seen or get greeted, no customers in lobby, I get to the end to start my order and the worker was just standing in the doorway between the back of house and the line on his phone…how lazy….I order my food and quickly notice how disgusting their glass is-not just fingerprints but dust build up. Even around the register was dusty, and the cookie display case looked like it has not been wiped down in months. Drink area could have used a good wipe down, garbage was overfilled. I normally get delivery from this location, because they’ve always been the good subway as far as the food being made but I won’t be back. If your employee has time to be on their phone then they have time to clean.
