  Order is frequently wrong/missing items. For example BBQ sauce missing, given a medium drink instead of a large (large was paid for), or used a burger patty instead of a sausage patty on my breakfast sandwich (sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin). Then when I gone in to ask for a correction I am met with attitude, eye rolls, etc.

  I sometimes stop at this location after work for a meal deal. Today the energy and vibes were really weird and employees were on some weird power trip. They had the bathrooms locked down. making people show a receipt to an employee just to use it then telling them not to make a mess. which is beyond weird imo. Employee was also going around to tables asking if they ordered recently and if not they kicked them out. The energy there tonight was very negative and unwelcoming.. Entitled and unempathetic attitudes from staff here tell me everything I need to know about the values of mcdonalds. which lets be honest expectations when it comes to mcdonalds is already bottom of the barrel

  This is honestly the most incompetent McDonalds I’ve ever been to. It doesn’t matter what time of day or what you order, you will be stuck waiting too long and your order will be missing something. No accountability and it’s obvious management doesn’t value accuracy or guest satisfaction.

  Waited for ever for our food said they were making it fresh well they were ice cold and this is how the burger looked when I opened it up do better you want higher pay do higher pay work!!! So cold the cheese was not even melted!
